I’m Chris Lacey, the founder of LSC EHS Consulting Services, LLC. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in Environmental Health & Safety—and 15 years of service in the United States Army—I help organizations protect their people, stay compliant, and operate with confidence.

Safety isn’t just a requirement—it’s a responsibility. And throughout my career, both in uniform and in industry, I’ve made it my mission to ensure teams operate safely, efficiently, and with accountability.

My Story

My safety journey didn’t start behind a desk; it started in the field and was shaped through my 15 years in the U.S. Army.

The military instilled in me discipline, leadership, and a mission-first mindset—where safety, preparedness, and accountability are critical to success. Transitioning into Environmental Health & Safety, I carried those same principles into construction, energy, and environmental projects.

I’ve seen firsthand what happens when safety is overlooked, and I’ve also seen what’s possible when it’s done right. That experience defines my approach today: practical, no-nonsense safety solutions that actually work in real-world conditions—not just on paper.
